I have years of experience with urethral sounds and this is by far the most value for your money. They are solid and extra smooth and polished like fine jewelry. Start small and be ready to challenge yourself as much as you want.

The sounds are long and heavy so you can sort of rely on gravity to get them in. They feel high quality and a great bargain because there are so many sizes, although I will probably never us the biggest one.
